There is a short presentation with tips on walking meditation across all the senses.  Then we walk solo in nature for 1 hour, followed by 30 minutes of practice reports.  No matter what the weather it's always a feast for the senses and a fun community event.

You will receive a response with directions to the meeting place.   We hold these programs every month in all weather unless it is extremely hot or extremely cold.    

There are sometimes flooding conditions in Ellison Park for which we need to move to a new location.   Your RSVPs are important so we can let you know if there is such a move.
