Tranquility Practices, a U.M. Toolbox (Mondays)
Time & Location
About the Event
Mindfulness meditation is known as a Path of Tranquility. Many come to meditation looking for ways to relax, cope with stress and improve our functioning in daily life. Let's look at ways to do that without forcing ourselves into perfectionism or trying too hard. How can we let go and accept everything that arises without letting it rule our reactivity or sweep us away? Is there a safe place of refuge, a method to walk through the waves untroubled by their arising and falling?
