Becoming aware of our personal emotional hot spots. What is my body's emotional lexicon?
Untangling the relationship between body emotions and thinking
Discerning connections between body emotions and outer sensory stimuli
Tracking the expanding and contracting flow of emotions over time
Building equanimity through welcoming and allowing
Building equanimity by smart choices of where to place our attention
Using equanimity skills to unblock resistance to emotional flow
Letting emotions be without suppresion, identification, grasping, aversion, or avoidance
Reducing the power of our reactivity simply by "untangling," that is to say witnessing the splash and ripple of emotions between all our senses with acceptance
